How to Add Website in Google webmaster?

What is google Webmaster?

Google webmaster is the Free tool provide by the Google. It is used for Analyze the website indexing status, ranking, impressions, etc. You can also see optimize the visibility of the website.

How to Add website in Google Search Console?

Step 1 - Create an Account in Google webmaster tool

Go to Google webmaster tool & Hit start now or If you already have a login. you can login directly or go to first step create account

Step 2 Add you website in Google Webmaster 

 

Click on Add Property by clicking the search dropdown search property

Add your website URL & click Continue

Step 3 Verify the ownership of you website

 
HTML Tag 


Copy the HTML tag and paste in the Head section of the website

Step 4 Now Repeat the process and add all the variations of the website

  1. http://www.example.com
  2. http://example.com
  3. https://www.example.com
  4. https://example.com 
Now your website is Verified in Google webmaster, Check after one week while the website got indexed, After one week you will be able to see the keywords, and position, clicks, impressiona etc.

How to Target Geo location in Google Search Console?

For Targeting Geo Location of the website you have to login in your Google search Console.

Step 1 - Login to your Google Search Console

 

Step 2 - Select the Property for which you want target the Geolocation

 

Step 3 -  Now, Scroll down in the left side & Click ok legacy tools & reports

 

Step 4 - now, click on country, & select in which country you want to rank

 

Step 5 - CLick Save

 
Step 5 Now, your geo location  set
